Ira was my saviour! Came to rescue me being locked out of my car and despite its only keyed door being unused since new (or so it seemed by the debris that came out of it on an 11 year old car), persevered until he gained entry. What great service! What a great guy! Thoroughly recommended.

What an absolute find! Got locked out of my home office in the garden, Ira turned up within 15mins, gained access to my office replaced the lock, all in the rain and was back on the road again within 10mins of arriving!! My Fiat Doblo’s key snapped in half at a service statuon, luckily the transponder was in tact so it just needed rehousing. Ira was with me within 90 minutes (in rush hour traffic). I was back on the road within two hours of my initial call with a replacement key and a spare. The whole thing cost a third of what the AA Emergency Key Service quoted me (and they would have taken 2 weeks to get it to me!). Friendly, skilled and helpful. Definitely would use again, though hope not to have to!
